Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, particularly in the utilities sector, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics and milestones
• Identify and analyze potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with project teams across different time zones
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
• Support resource allocation and capacity planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project planning, preferably in utilities sector
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in global teams is a plus
