Synovate INDIA has been awarded a state-level mandate by GWSSB to manage 52 water quality laboratories across three zones in Gujarat (Zone-2, Zone-3, Zone-5). The project includes deployment and management of approximately 235 technical personnel for water quality monitoring under the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM).

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator for a one-year contract to lead our water quality monitoring operations across multiple zones in Gujarat. This role involves managing laboratory operations, coordinating with GWSSB, and ensuring successful delivery of water testing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of outsourced water testing services across assigned laboratories
  • Coordinate deployment of skilled personnel per tender requirements
  • Act as primary contact with GWSSB officers and zonal authorities
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and data uploads to JJM portal
  • Supervise Regional and Zonal Coordinators
  • Monitor field teams and lab technicians performance
  • Ensure NABL standards compliance for all labs
  • Manage lab infrastructure and resource requirements
  • Oversee invoice generation and cost documentation

Requirements

  • 10-12 years experience in project coordination/operations
  • Strong understanding of laboratory operations and NABL compliance
  • Proven team leadership experience (managing 50+ workforce)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Experience handling State/PSU clients preferred
  • Working knowledge of MIS, Excel, and project dashboards

Role Overview

The Schedule Intelligence Analyst supports hyperscale data center construction programs by delivering high-impact schedule-based analysis. Rather than building schedules, this role works with schedules and construction project data to develop analysis that supports executive-level insight, providing owners and GCs with clarity on risks, delays, trends, and performance across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop portfolio-level integrated schedules using contractor-provided P6 data
  • Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) for changes, delays, and disruptions
  • Conduct Critical Path Method (CPM) reviews to evaluate logic and risk
  • Generate delay narratives and executive-ready impact reports
  • Assess progress performance using percent complete and productivity metrics
  • Build and maintain standardized look-ahead forecasts across multiple projects
  • Create S-curve and histogram visuals to support earned value analysis
  • Perform 'what-if' scenario modeling to evaluate alternate recovery strategies
  • Run baseline vs. update variance reports to track schedule drift
  • Identify constraint, float erosion, and logic issues across workstreams
  • Maintain consistent reporting format and data quality across programs
  • Summarize findings in weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project planning/scheduling on data center, mission-critical, MEP-heavy, or infrastructure projects
  • Expert in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, commissioning, and technical integration in data centre environments
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM), critical path analysis, and project risk assessment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and work under pressure
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or equivalent
  • APM, PMI, or PRINCE2 certifications (preferred but not essential)
